Medical Qigong Mastery (Nianli – Foundations)
Jeff Simonton

Description

Course Description

Nianli consists of only three forms, along with techniques used to change the attitudes ingrained in our subconscious minds. It is a deeply powerful Qigong healing system that works on the physical, mental, and spiritual levels utilizing the power of the mind.

I was a personal student of Master Binhui He, the creator of Nianli, and was given permission to teach his system to others.

Nianli is based on the ancient, proven Chinese discovery of the subtle energy qi (chi) , which can be harnessed in practice or cultivation (gong) to be the healing practice qigong. But Nianli goes further with yi (mind power) — into becoming responsible for our own healing. You can heal yourself!

  • 1.) While the pdf says to hold the ballon on chest height the audio says mouth height. Which height is meant? 2.) Can the ballon be bigger than shoulder width? 3.) Inhaling/exhaling into ballon (The pdf and the audio give here different instructions). Audio: Inhale= ballon expands. Exhale= ballon contracts. Pdf: Inhale= hands pull closer together (contracts). Exhale= ballon expands. Which method is right? 4.) Stroking face: Stroking only down while bringing hands up again without stroking? Or stroking down and then stroking up again? 5.) As this meditation is short and practical to perform. How many times per day should one practice it? What would be advisable?
