Feng Shui Tip

Meditation Room_fbTo establish a good Qigong practice it often helps to practice every day in the same location.

This location should be conducive to entering a good Qi state of mind; meaning you want it to be free of distractions.

I always recommending starting with the Feng Shui of your practice space before moving on to any other part of the house.

Don’t add anything in the beginning, but instead start by subtracting. Remove any clutter and make your practice space clean and neat. Try to sense the energy of the room.

Feng Shui is not about buying little items to place around the room. It is about creating a good space so that can energy can flow. Use that as the starting point and you’ll be on the right track.

Okay, I know I made fun of the holiday shopping specials, but I decided to go ahead and offer a special myself.

For a limited time I’m offering a lifetime membership to Discover the Fire for just $47.

It will never expire and you will get access to all guest courses such as the first one in 2014 on Tai Chi Stepping from David-Dorian Ross (Dr. Tai Chi).

I’m not sure how long I’ll keep the special open, but if you are interested please go to http://www.discoverthefire.com/lifetime to join.

Happy practicing,
