Course Description
This short but very powerful series of Tai Chi and Qi Gong Exercises are easy to learn and require little space and no special equipment. The practice should be undertaken with a NO GUILT mind set. This is very important because many people will chastise themselves so much when they begin a practice that they end up not practicing at all. If you begin with 10 Minutes Per Day as your initial goal and you do what you can in that time, you will feel the benefits within a week. You can add more exercises as you go.
